Order and Payment
Orders placed with Kirsty's Kreative Kards are processed through Paypal on a secure server.

Postage and Packaging
We offer First Class Standard Post free, only for uk citizens.And if your purchasing more than 1 card.

We aim to post out as soon as possible, next day. Your item should reach you within 10-14 days. Although usual delivery takes within 7, but we like to allow for postal delays as you just never know!

Please wait 10 days before chasing up any orders. If there is a problem we will email you as soon as possible. If you have not heard from us assume everything is fine.

We cannot chase up Standard First Class parcels with Royal Mail until 15 working days (from the due date of delivery)as they do not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems.

We do not at present deliver internationally. This may change in the future.
